About Us

Everyone associated with TPSL were brought together through medical tragedies of some sort in their lives. Some of them were victims of medical negligence themselves, and some are the family members of someone who has been harmed or killed.

While one of our main goals is to make sure California’s MICRA law is changed or removed, our overall goal is to make sure patients are safe in hospitals.

One of our first main projects is to monitor everything that goes on with the Medical Board of California, and all of the disciplines they produce.
